John Gendler received his bachelor of arts degree
from Carleton College and doctor of law degree from Cornell University.
A former Hennepin County attorney, John has practiced property tax
law since 1978.
John has lectured on property tax appeals for the
Minnesota Multi-Housing Association and the Institute of of Real
Estate Management and has authored several articles for the Minnesota
Real Estate Journal. He also helped to revise "The Apartment
Owners and Managers Legal Handbook" for the Minnesota Multi-Housing
Association.
